ATOM's unique nesting software operates easily & efficiently with or without a digital camera.

The operator can leverage his/her experience in evaluating material & shapes to be cut and decide if using interactive nesting, automatic nesting, or place some parts manually and let the software fill the material automatically. It is also possible to set different constraints on different shape groups, limit the available rotation for example. Furthermore, it is possible to mark quality areas & defects on the material so that the automatic nesting can properly place shapes respecting quality constraints; each shape can be divided into different quality areas.
