The ATOM Flashcut Dual Head Knife Cutting Systems, High Production Series, is a new dieless cutting technology combining flexibility and output.  ATOM knife cutting tables have a reputation as one of the fastest machines on today’s market.  However, we realize the market is always looking for a more versatile & productive system.  Therefore, we designed a cutting system with two independent multi-tool cutting heads with transport cutting belt and “pinch-grab” material feeding pincers.

ATOM’s long and successful experience achieved with their CNC die cutting presses has been transferred to the design of this new system.  Considerable advantages derive from this way of material handling which offers the flexibility of feeding material in roll or sheet form, in single or multiple layers, elastic or rigid with a high degree of feeding accuracy (+/-0.1mm).  There are two sizes available in the High Production Series, model 1660-2H with a 1600mm work area and the model 2160-2H with a 2100mm wide work area.
