Flat Cutting Surface machines allow the operator too work on the four sides of the table, cut material up too 6.1 x 2.6 meters (equivalent too two full bovine hides) & double productivity using two cutting heads.

Combination of Cutting & Milling in a Single Machine – EMHD 2Z Axis & MH Series

The new ATOM Flashcut EMHD 2 Z-Axis & MH series were designed for industries which cut and mill foams for manufacturing packaging, tool holder cases and sound proof components. This system can also be used for cutting and or milling carbon fibers & similar composites, rubber, hard plastic materials, (PVC, polycarbonates, acrylics etc..), wood, light metals (aluminum), alloys (brass & copper) and similar materials. To keep the working area perfectly clean, the machine is provided with a dust extraction system, consisting of a brush around the milling tool and a pipe which connects to the vacuum system. The exhauster pipe is perfectly integrated in the beam structure to avoid any possible interference while working. To mill a wider range of material we designed a new head, holding a 3 kW electric router spindle with variable speed turning from 1,000 up to 50,000 RPM. The speed can be varied and monitored through a dedicated digital control panel. A liquid cooling system allows the router spindle to work 24 hours a day.

Inclined Cutting machines allow the operator to have better accessibility to the materials, perform all the operations from the front side of the machine, & work very efficiently with materials up too 3 x 1 meters.

The continuous cutting operation performed by the conveyorized bed offers maximum production and throughput of cut parts. The material is fed onto the bed of the machine into the "cutting zone". Once the components are cut, the conveyorized bed feeds to a take-off area located at the front of the machine. The operator can strip of the cut parts while the machine automatically reloads the material and the cutting process continues. This series is also available with two independent cutting heads. (2H Version)

The new ATOM XT line of dieless knife cutting tables is able to meet a wide range of applications in a variety of industrial sectors thanks to the accessories and multiple configurations available. The choice between a fixed cutting surface system and a conveyorized system is no longer an issue; ATOM XT range can offer both solutions.
The XT systems in both versions share several technological innovations (cutting heads, tools & electronics) and software (interface program & same CAD compatibility) with the well known and proven efficiency of the Flashcut range. However, they have a simple basic structure to which they are mainly suitable for “light” material cutting such as graphics, textiles & apparel, technical textiles, corrugated & similar materials in sheet or roll form.
